OUR TEAM

David Webb

President
David Webb founded Alliance with a mission to help men rebuild their lives and reestablish their families, aiming to create a generational impact.
His vision has come to life through initiatives like food drives and toy collections for children’s Christmas,
which reflect the program’s commitment to family and the community.
David measures the success of residents by their ability to embrace the program's four foundations—God, sobriety, fines, and savings—and apply them to achieve lasting change. He leads with loyalty and passion, seeking the same dedication from his team.
David also enjoys fishing, spending time with family, and working on projects that further the program’s goals.
