OUR TEAM
David WebbPresident David Webb founded The Alliance Housing with a mission to help men rebuild their lives and reestablish their families, aiming to create a generational impact. His vision has come to life through initiatives like food drives and toy collections for children’s Christmas, which reflect the program’s commitment to family and the community. David measures the success of residents by their ability to embrace the program's four foundations—God, sobriety, fines, and savings—and apply them to achieve lasting change. He leads with loyalty and passion, seeking the same dedication from his team. David also enjoys fishing, spending time with family, and working on projects that further the program’s goals. Cody NovemGeneral Manager Cody joined our team nearly five years ago, shortly after completing the program himself. With firsthand experience in overcoming addiction, he brings a valuable perspective to his work. He is certified to teach Adult & Teen Challenge and Moral Recognition Therapy, and he is committed to helping others navigate their own recovery journeys. His primary goals are to reach heaven and guide others along the way, while fostering an environment where men can deepen their relationship with God. He finds joy in witnessing men overcome obstacles, offering sound advice, encouraging personal accountability, and managing the program's daily operations. In his free time, Cody enjoys spending time with family, fishing and embracing the outdoors. |
